I used to write about investments, the economy and the housing crisis when I worked at a fixed income hedge fund. Now I will write about my adventures traveling the world.
I have wanted to travel the world ever since my friend Mark did it in 2005. Fast forward a few years, I just got my green card, which means I can now leave the US without worrying about visa problems when I return. Also I don't have much responsibilities now; as far as I know, I don't have any kids to take care of! Even though mom and dad keep telling me to get a job, I've decided there's no better time than now to go see the world. With a conservative budget, I plan to experience these places in the next 9-12 months Caribbean - Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico Central America - Mexico, Belize, Guatamela, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama South America - Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Venezuela, Brazil Asia - Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Burma, Hong Kong, China
